I lived in Brazil for nearly 14 years. My parents, Mike and Tammy Ring, went to Rio Grande do Sul Brazil as missionaries when I was only five years old. God gave me the opportunity to learn Portuguese, Gaucho Culture and gave me a burden for the Gaucho people.
After nearly 10 years of Bible training (both at Bible College and practically in our Local church), I am excited to go back with my family to reach Gauchos with the Gospel.
Mordecai Michael Ring is our first born. We believe with all our heart that the Lord gave him to our family "for such a time as this." His laid back personality has been an encouragement to both Dad and Mom. It is our prayer that the Lord will work in his heart and that at an early age he will come to a saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. He loves his little brother and of course - BALLS!

I grew up in the Sandhills of North Carolina. I was burden for missions at an early age. While in college Nathan's sister (Natalie) invited me to come see Brazil. I saw the needs of the Gaucho people and God challenged me with the need to share the gospel with them.
After studying Elementary Education and teaching for 3 years in a Christian School, I am looking forward to homeschooling our children. I also am looking forward to working with the Brazilian women and children along side of my husband. Mik
Micaiah Martin Ring is our second child. He is named after a prophet in the Bible who stood for the truth of God's word. It is our prayer that in his generation he would stand for God's word in spite of what others may do. Right now he will have to be on his toes to keep up with his big brother.
